I’ve been doing porcelain veneers for as long as I've been in the industry, which is about 18 years now. My staff is kind and cordial and offer a drink if the patient is thirsty. We offer a very comfortable atmosphere, and shy away from the clinical type of appearance. When you walk into our office, it's like walking into comfortable living room or family room. We use soft earth tones to stay far away from the white hospital and clinical feel. We understand that the patient is already apprehensive and when they come into the office, we want to add a feeling of comfort. We create a welcoming environment with the décor that includes comfortable chairs, a television, and plants. But it's mostly our staff that adds to the feel, by getting to know you and treating you like family. I tell my patients that when I'm working on them, I treat them the same way as I would a family member; my son, daughter, mom, dad or other relative. Our goal is to make patients feel warm and welcome.
